This position involves the hands-on assembly of engine finished goods and subassemblies for both CAT diesel and natural gas engines. With at least six months of relevant experience, you will engage in full-cycle remanufacturing, working on progressive build steps, including short and long block assembly and installation of essential components.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble oil pans, water manifolds, and fuel rails
• Perform short and long block engine assembly
• Adjust valve lash and install wiring harnesses
• Utilize proper torquing procedures effectively
• Operate service tools and critical measuring devices
