Job Description
We are looking for a talented Engine Workshop Technician - Level III to join our team specializing in Service for our Rebuild Workshop Department in Accra, Ghana.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Deliver accurate, firsttimeright diagnostics, repairs, overhauls, and rebuilds on multiple engine products in line with OEM specifications, minimizing rework and downtime.
Independently troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex engine issues by correctly applying service manuals, build packs, documented procedures, and digital service systems.
Enhance customer satisfaction and asset reliability through effective preventative maintenance based on thorough engine condition assessments.
Strengthen workshop and field capability by coaching, mentoring, and providing technical guidance to less experienced technicians and apprentices.
