Job Description
· Experience with cable industry standard practices, interfaces, operating systems, and protocols such as DOCSIS 3.0/3.1, SIP, and PacketCable
· Excellent understanding of TCP/IP, IPv6, BGP, OSPF, Multicast, and MPLS, working knowledge of IS-IS
· Prior extensive experience surrounding Ethernet and IP Service (Ethernet Private Line, Private LAN, Dedicated Internet, IPVLN, Internet, and Managed Router)
· MEF 2.0 and 3.0 understanding and support
· BGP experience at an ISP level both Corporate and Customer facing
· SME support in Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols that support Business Services
