Job Description
This role will be focused on implementing and supporting applications in the Quality and Regulatory (QRA) functional area within LRCGQ GBTS department.
Accountabilities In This Role
- Provide day‑to‑day operational support for the environmental compliance IT solution, ensuring system stability, timely issue resolution, and continuous functionality in a Run‑state environment.
- Investigate and troubleshoot defects, perform root‑cause analysis, and accurately route issues to the appropriate shared services teams (e.g., Kafka, BigQuery, Apigee, Looker, SSO connectors).
- Serve as a primary liaison across IT teams, mediating discussions, clarifying roles, and coordinating resolution efforts for cross‑functional technical issues.
