1. Work in the shift working (24x7)
2. First diagnostic problem and do first troubleshooting of enterprise solutions;
- EDS (MPLS, SD-WAN, 5G)
- ICT (Cloud, Firewall)
- Mobile services (M2M, SMS)
3.To be ticket owner who do proactive update progress incident to customer within OLA time
4.To ensure service of customer are normal after incident restoration
