Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Perform the role of customer complaint management and ensure 8D methodology is applied while handling the report generations for our customers
- Develop corresponding problem verifications and define the necessary analysis steps – you support the colleagues of our global production sites regarding problem‑solving
- Perform in-depth electrical failure analysis, data collection and data analysis to support the customer complaint Failure Analysis Request (FAR) by using testers such as V93K, Magnum, Teradyne Ultraflex, and bench analysis
- Perform in-depth electrical failure analysis of rejects to support improvement activities for front end, back end, Silicon foundry, OSAT and product line
