Construction Supervision & Quality Control
- Supervise and inspect electromechanical works on-site, including electrical, mechanical, control, and instrumentation systems.
- Review shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, ITPs, and as-built drawings for compliance with relevant standards (DEWA, Dubai Civil Defence, NFPA, IEC, and applicable codes).
- Witness factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT) for key equipment such as pumps, switchgear, control panels, SCADA systems, traffic signals, and ITS devices.
- Identify and report non-conformances, follow up on corrective actions, and ensure resolution prior to system handover.
Coordination & Interface Management
- Liaise with DEWA, Dubai Civil Defence, Etisalat, DU, and other authorities for inspections, approvals, and NOCs.
