Job Description
The Industrial engineer is working to support manufacturing in a portion of Capacity planning, Capital, equipment planning, Layout planning then execute per plan (The resources are Space, Equipment, HPU (Hour Per Unit)).
About the role - you will:
Apply data analytic platforms and simulation using Python software, Flexsim or Arena for analyzing data in the database system.Plan equipment capacity & tooling by alignment with the Technology roadmap, capacity commitment, and all commodities capacity alignment.Perform capacity and capital requirements analysis for various what-if scenarios and efficiently develop dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.Apply Lean concept and IE (Industrial Engineering) tools to improve the efficiency & effectiveness of Man, Material, Machine and Space utilization.Build up and design a system for automated data workflow to align with Factory4.0
