What You’ll do
+ Provide L2/L3 application support for Java-based Amex GBT mid and back office systems
+ Monitor system health, performance metrics, and proactively identify potential issues
+ Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, bugs, and performance bottlenecks
+ Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues
+ Maintain system documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles
+ Monitor applications deployed on AWS ROSA (Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS) and EC2 instances
+ Manage and optimize PostgreSQL database performance, queries, and maintenance tasks
