Job Summary
:Core member of the New Product Introduction (NPI) team(s), responsible for the manufacturability and industrialization of future printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA) in support of the Business Unit's strategic objectives. This role ensures that new designs are seamlessly transitioned into production with robust, cost-effective, and high-quality manufacturing processes.
Under general direction, the Senior Engineer supports the introduction of new electronic products into manufacturing in accordance with the RA Common Product Development (CPD) processes. The role involves close collaboration with Design and Manufacturing Engineering to ensure optimal product and process design for manufacturability and compliance.
