Job Description
Failure Analysis group plays a pivotal role in analyzing manufacturing data to identify trends, uncovering the root cause for low yield and failure mechanism, and drive continuous yield improvements and defect reductions.
About the role - you will:
Responsible for daily product yield/defects monitoring and investigate root causes of yield variations.Perform physical failure analysis to identify source of defects.Big data analysis is used to go along with physical FA to provide engineering insight Collaborate with cross functional team including engineering, manufacturing, and test & quality assurance to investigate and address yield/defect related issues.Drive continuous improvement initiative to enhance product yield and quality.Support multiple engineering improvement projects.Conduct statistical analysis and use data visualization techniques to present findings and rec...
