Working closely with the Underground Mobile Maintenance team, the Engineer - Maintenance (Reliability)' primary purpose is to own and optimise asset strategies for the mobile fleet, analyse performance, and continually improve reliability and safety to create value and sustainability.
The role is a key driver of reliability performance, defect elimination, and data-driven decision-making across the Underground mobile fleet. This is a key position which is defined by the OceanaGold Asset Management Framework.
Responsibilities:
- Lead asset criticality assessments, determine appropriate mitigation strategies, and align stakeholders.
- Develop appropriate maintenance strategies and tactics, including maintenance intervals and spare holding requirements.
- Build and align master data in Pronto (CMMS) to support the strategy, including asset registers, preventive maintenance tasks, and bills of materials.
