Job Description
Job Accountabilities:
- Schedules and coordinates flow of work / information within or between operation, maintenance & technical departments
- Planning & ensuring external interaction / visits for CBM O&M
- Coordinate the scheduling of meetings, and the assigning of responsibility for specific tasks.
- Coordinate critical O&M issue with other service departments
- Confers with department heads to determine progress of work and to provide information to O&M head
- Compiles reports concerning progress of work and downtime due to failures of machines and equipment to apprise senoir management
- Preparation of O&M budget and timely submission for approval
- Coordinate with sub surface & project team on O&M issues
- Work with Reservoir, D&C , LAQ and security team and bringing strong sense of team work ,information sharing and mutual support.
