Job Description

Job Summary

Maximize plant production and optimization of KPI’s, while guaranteeing all product is manufactured within environmental and quality specifications. Job entails following up, implementing, and improving standards while promoting a safe and engaging workplace. Process Engineer in the plant will be responsible for the Process Engineering side of the business/operations, that includes more analysis, study, process troubleshooting and process optimization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work following the Mission, Vision and Values of CEMEX, lead by example.
  • To initiate, develop and implement plant improvement projects. Eliminate equipment restrictions Implement projects/upgrades to improve KPI performance Commission Equipment
