Job Purpose
Maintain and troubleshoot daily production processes and resolve product quality deficiencies in coordination with the Production Manager.
Align all production processes with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and GMP requirements.
Enforce company rules and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and review the effectiveness of preventive and corrective actions taken by the production team.
- Coordinate with RND and QA on troubleshooting and deviations related to chemicals, raw materials, and processes.
- Review and update work instructions and quality procedures.
- Deliver training to Executives/Engineers on revised SOPs, process improvements, and SOJT modules; mentor newly joined engineers.
- Identify training needs for subordinates in discussion with the Production Manager.
