Responsibilities and Tasks
- Coordinate deviation evaluations with the deviations owners
- Facilitate root cause analysis and systematic troubleshooting efforts
- Drive accountability of actions and follow-up
- Validate root causes are supported by data
- Maintain documentation for excursions
- Help to resolve roadblocks and provide guidance for deviation questions
- Identify deviation detection deficiency and drive for early detection
- Manage global and internal lessons learned systems
- Improve cross area event response methods and procedures
- Communicate and translate corporate Quality goals
- Publish excursion performance to management
- Facilitate excursion review meetings
- Develop and enhance Quality knowledge through workshops and tutorials
- Promote Quality Culture through Quality Campaign, quizzes, competitions, and engagement program
