Job Summary
This role ensures ISO 9001:2015 compliance by maintaining and improving the QMS, managing audits, training staff, analysing quality data, and addressing nonconformities. It includes overseeing KPIs, customer satisfaction, subcontractor performance, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating across departments to adapt the QMS to business needs and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support the maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 certification by ensuring full compliance with applicable standards, corporate requirements, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Develop, review, update, and continuously improve QMS documents to ensure alignment with ISO 9001 requirements, best practices, and group-wide standardization across sister yards.
