Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
Plan, Supervise and coordinate all major rotating equipment maintenance activities to ensure availability and reliability activities by utilizing high skill company staff, external resources, vendors and OEM to ensure major rotating equipment in the plant are operated and maintained safely with minimum down time and optimum cost as per company maintenance objectives.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provides decision support for the production and maintenance teams for equipment testing, troubleshooting, routine equipment surveillance, start-up activities, and training on all rotating equipment.
- Develop long range plans for machinery overhaul through performance evaluations on the equipment and based on running hours to maintain high reliability & availability of the plant.
- Works with the production teams to ensure the integrity, reliability, and sustainability of all the mechanical assets associated with rotating equipment. <...
