THE ROLE
You will be part of the Medical Tower Planning and Development team, providing mechanical engineering expertise across the design, construction, and commissioning phases of the TTSH Medical Tower. You will represent TTSH's technical interests throughout the design and construction of the Medical Tower – ensuring that what is designed and built on the institution's behalf meets clinical requirements, regulatory standards, and operational needs before the building is handed over.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design Review & Technical Compliance- Review mechanical engineering drawings, specifications, and submissions from consultants and contractors to verify compliance with clinical requirements, Singapore building codes, and international healthcare standards.
- Identify technical gaps or discrepancies in design submissions and work with consultants to resolve them before works proceed on site.
