This role operates at the intersection of systems engineering, architecture, and mission executionshaping system design, influencing program direction, and ensuring successful transition from development into production and sustainment.
The SME will provide enterprise-level technical leadership, guiding cross-program decisions, advising senior leadership and customers, and driving consistency in system engineering rigor, modeling, and verification strategies.
The ideal candidate is a recognized expert in radar systems with deep experience in system-level design, signal processing, and mission integration, and a demonstrated ability to influence technical direction across multidisciplinary teams and customer organizations.
