Job Scope
- Monitor and manage daily fleet operations to ensure vehicle readiness and safety.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules, inspections, and repair activities.
- Conduct vehicle inspections, quality checks, and acceptance of completed maintenance works.
- Analyse fleet and maintenance data to improve reliability and cost effectiveness.
- Support audits, operational reviews, and process improvement initiatives.
- Attend meetings and prepare reports, updates, and documentation.
- Manage and monitor maintenance service contracts and vendor performance.
- Review repair scopes, quotations, and contractor compliance with service requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, or contract management.
