Develop and implement company-wide technical skill development programs.
Responsibilities Develop Workforce Competence & Technical Capabilities- Conduct learning needs analyses to identify skill gaps and build strategies that support departmental competency development.
- Recommend suitable internal or external learning methods, tools, and programs to drive technical skill growth.
