  • Operate and deliver after-sales and managed services to Data Center (IDC) customers
  • Coordinate with customers, Service Delivery teams, and relevant stakeholders
  • Handle service provisioning and fulfill customer service requests
  • Verify and control access authorization for onsite personnel
  • Provide Smart Hands support and other in-scope services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve service issues in the data center environment
  • Monitor services to ensure performance and availability
  • Conduct environment patrols to maintain order and readiness

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in IT Infrastructure, Data Center, Colocation, or Network is an advantage
