Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities - THT Equipment
Install, commission, and validate THT equipment (wave, selective, manual stations)Set and optimize machine parameters (temperature, conveyor speed, flux settings)Ensure proper functioning of solder pot, preheater, and fluxer systemsPerform preventive and corrective maintenance of THT equipmentTroubleshoot machine issues and minimize downtimeCalibrate equipment and maintain accuracy of process parametersMonitor machine performance and improve reliability and uptimeMaintain spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for supportSupport production during line setup, changeover, and new product trialsEnsure compliance with safety, ESD, and process standardsTrain technicians and operators on equipment handling and maintenanceMaintain equipment logs, maintenance records, and documentation
