Job Summary
:The Engineering Automation Lead role is core of Bechtel's data-centric execution strategy and digital delivery of the project’s Engineering BSAPs and SCPs, including 3D modeling, P&ID, Electrical and Instrumentation software, BIM and in-house applications. The role is responsible for developing and implementing project Engineering Automation/BIM Plan in alignment with Engineering work-process, and Engineering deliverables (data and documents) for the Procurement, Construction, Startup, and Project Controls functions. He/she will work with the Project Engineering Manager (PEM), Project BIM Manager, Engineering Group Supervisors (EGS), Application Support Group, and IS&T to develop an Automation strategy, get it implemented and executed successfully. The role demands clear understanding of client requirements (both internal and external) and aligning Project Automation and BIM Execution Plans accordingly.
