Job Description
How is the scheme structured?
During the 18-month programme, you will start with a comprehensive induction, learning about the culture at RSK and gaining an understanding of the businesses within the group.
Following the induction, you will be placed with two RSK businesses, spending nine months with each business, to gain a broad and holistic understanding of the industry. You will get to work alongside a range of industry professionals, giving you the opportunity develop your skills and discover what you are passionate about.
During both rotational placements, you will receive comprehensive technical training, as well as a structured group training programme to develop your soft skills for professional career development. You will be paired with a buddy to support you when you join, and there will be plenty of networking opportunities during your time on the scheme.
