Secondary (Years 7–15) / wharekura, Certificated teacher – Technology
This is a permanent, full‑time position for Term 3, 2026 or by negotiation. We are looking for an experienced engineering design technology teacher to join our creative and innovative department. The successful applicant will be confident to teach from Year 9–13 with experience of NCEA. An understanding of assessment practices and all other aspects of NCEA, and a commitment to te Tiriti o Waitangi and culturally responsive and relational pedagogies is essential to the position.
Our technology department is an extremely well‑equipped department with modern/state of the art facilities including CNC machines, 3D printers, a comprehensive range of fabrication and machining equipment, MIG/TIG/ARC welders, electromagnetic sheet metal folder, Linishers buffers and a modern fume and dust extraction system.
