The Engineering Jr. Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing engineering operations, including facilities, utilities, repairs and maintenance, and major engineering projects. This role leads a team of engineers and technicians, manages budgets, and drives continuous improvement initiatives.
As Plant Energy Manager, the role also leads energy efficiency and sustainability programs—monitoring energy consumption, identifying cost‑saving opportunities, and ensuring compliance with energy‑related regulations.
