Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Lead technical engagements with client stakeholders, acting as the primary interface between business and engineering teams
- Ensure architectural governance and technical standards are consistently applied across delivery teams
- Guide and oversee delivery across pods (±15 team members including developers and BAs)
- Translate business requirements into high-level and low-level technical designs
- Drive alignment between onshore and offshore (India-based) development teams
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to engineering teams
- Oversee delivery within fixed scope and tight governance frameworks
- Contribute to architecture definition, solution design, and implementation planning
- Ensure quality, scalability, and performance of solutions
