Engineering Maintenance Administrator

We are looking for a proactive and organised Engineering Maintenance Administrator to join our Engineering team at York to support the planning, scheduling and delivery of maintenance activities across our operations. This is a site based role 5 days per week.

This role is ideal for someone with strong coordination skills, technical awareness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced engineering environment.

The role will include:

• Super user and site lead for the management and development of the CMMS system
• Planning and distribution of works orders and planned maintenance. Keeping Engineering department updated on outstanding actions
• Work closely with the Asset Care Manager to aid with implementation of the CMMS System
• Raising purchase orders for corrective and improvement work
