Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and designers delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions
- Drive performance across functional safety, cybersecurity, quality, margin improvement, and on-time delivery
- Ensure projects follow best practices and execution standards while meeting contractual requirements
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives and agile methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce engineering lead times
- Oversee multiple priorities while strengthening engineering capability and team development
