Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline
- 15–20 years of experience in EPC / Oil & Gas industry
- Strong background with core engineering companies
- Mandatory experience in ADNOC projects
- Proven track record managing 2–3 ADNOC projects simultaneously
- PMP certification preferred (additional certifications are a plus)
- Strong leadership, coordination, and project delivery skills
Responsibilities:
- Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams across projects
- Manage engineering execution, design, and deliverables
- Ensure full compliance with ADNOC standards
- Coordinate with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams
- Control project timelines, budgets, and quality
