About the Role
We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and grow engineering teams responsible for the authentication and authorization platform.
This role is an exciting opportunity created by our rapid growth. You'll lead a team of backend and frontend engineers alongside a Product Manager, starting with a balance of hands-on technical contribution (40–50%) and people leadership, before gradually transitioning into a more strategic leadership role.
You will design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions while mentoring engineers and fostering a high-performing team culture.
