Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Engineering Department strategy aligned with business goals and the OEM plug‑and‑play model.
- Establish departmental objectives, KPIs and performance metrics for teams and individuals.
- Represent the Engineering function to senior management, OEMs, distributors and international partners.
- Foster a culture of technical excellence, ownership, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Oversee all engineering projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
- Manage multiple parallel programs in high‑pressure, fast‑paced environments while prioritizing and optimizing resources.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical and execution challenges to meet program milestones.
