Preparation of design, Bill of Quantities, Good for Construction Drawings, etc., for Fire Protection System in Metro Projects, Road tunnels, Car Parks, OCC Buildings, Industrial Buildings.Review of tender documents and preparation of BOQ for fire protection systemsPerform all fire protection design activities and coordinate with Architect, Structure, Electrical, ELV systems, Piping, PHE and HVAC Engineering to ensure quality compliance in accordance with client & owner expectations in most economical mannerCoordinate with various stakeholders for vendor finalisation of fire protection equipment and systemsVendor Management including obtaining details from vendor, review of vendor documents, shop drawings etc. for fire protection componentsObtain all approvals from Stake holders – Clients, Client representative, Consultant, Approval authorities, and Fire DepartmentVisiting project sites for verifying and re...
