Key Responsibilities: Engineering Leadership & Management: Oversee all engineering and maintenance activities across the operation Coordinate engineering teams, supervisors, and planning functions Ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices Monitor equipment performance, reliability, and maintenance execution Fleet & Plant Maintenance: Manage maintenance of heavy mining equipment including ADTs, excavators, FELs, dozers, graders, and crushers Oversee plant infrastructure including screens, conveyors, generators, and lighting plants Ensure high equipment availability and effective breakdown management Preventative Maintenance & Reliability: Implement and manage preventative maintenance (PM) systems Drive improvements in reliability and reduce unplanned downtime Oversee shutdown planning and execution Conduct root cause analysis and monitor reliability trends (MTBF / MTTR) Safety & Legal Complianc...
