Job Description
Responsibilities
- To lead Engineering Department consist of Machine Technician, Maintenance / Facility Technician and IE to suport Diaper Manufacturing Operations.
- Well planning and control on Engineering Department budget such as machine spare parts, manpower and other sources based on marketing demand forecast.
- To ensure machine running with good efficiency and minimize machine downtime to acceptance range.
- Solve all process problems with lean methodologies and GMP
- To support and maintain fully automated manufacturing line and knowledge of design concept
- To ensure machine setting according to products specifications and conformed to quality requirements
- To maintain and improve manufacturing process product quality as well as equipment performance
