Together with Operations, you will work to create and facilitate an environment in which each individual improves both their soft and strong engineering/consulting skills. You are responsible for creating the conditions in which the development teams can deliver features that meet the high expectations of our customers. You will manage up to 3 functional teams of software engineers and develop high-level strategic plans for those teams to ensure they are set up for success with the right competencies and energized team dynamics.
