Engineering Manager (Metal structures & Fabrication)
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering activities for metal structures and sheet metal projects
- Develop, review, and approve AutoCAD drawings for fabrication and assembly
- Translate designs into manufacturable processes, work instructions, and BOMs
- Ensure designs meet requirements for fabrication, welding, sandblasting, and powder coating
- Work closely with fabrication, welding, and finishing teams to support production
- Establish and maintain structured, process-driven engineering workflows
- Control drawing revisions, engineering changes, and documentation standards
- Identify and resolve manufacturability, quality, and fit issues
- Support cost efficiency, production timelines, and quality objectives
