Your influence ensures a delicate balance between short-term product velocity and long-term operational excellence.
You will guide your team to hone their craft, championing AI-native workflows and resolving complex technical challenges to deliver impactful outcomes. By translating high-level business goals into executable engineering plans, you will make informed, data-driven decisions that align with Xero’s mission to make running a business beautiful.
