Sr Engineering Manager – Manufacturing Processes – SLP PDS Plant, Mexico
Key Accountabilities
- Design new equipment, processes, procedures, and systems.
- Purchase and install equipment.
- Investigate production issues.
- Enhance existing operations to boost efficiency.
- Supervise technical and engineering personnel.
- Manage budgeting responsibilities.
- Maintain statistical and financial records.
- Perform fault diagnosis.
- Act as liaison with suppliers, clients, and R&D staff.
- Ensure manufacturing processes possess the capacity to meet customer demands.
- Define standards for process and machinery engineering.
- Ensure compliance with IATF ***** standards and customer specifications.
- Participate in engineering changes and product specification revisions.
- Contribute to investment proposals for process, machinery, and equipment improvements.
