Job Description
ObjectiveThis position is responsible for Plant 7 process adaptation for Diesel Pins & Automotive Pins.Including PPAP's and Prints approvals and Process layout modification, including standardized work.Support Operations while working toward constant continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for Process Mapping and Part Process Flow.Assist as needed with all diesel & Automotive customer approvals and follow-up.Responsible for developing and improving utilization of equipment and analyzing their capacities.Troubleshoot manufacturing processes, including but not limited to machining, grinding, and heat treat.Responsible for facility/plant layout of processes for Diesel and Automotive Products.Responsible, write proposals and implement capital projects.Evaluate production processes through statistical process control data (CPK).
Knowledge of creating, troubleshooting CNC programs for multi-axis CNC lathes.Ability to Design tools and fixtures using CAD Software.Work with pl...
