Manager Engineering
Ansell is looking for a Manager Engineering to be based in Seremban, Malaysia. This position is responsible for overseeing all Engineering activities on site, ensuring plant equipment and buildings are maintained in a safe, efficient, and high-quality manner. The Manager will ensure the Engineering Department has adequately trained and skilled personnel to carry out their responsibilities and consistently improve the quality of engineering work.
Key duties include developing, planning, and controlling the Engineering budget within approved limits, ensuring all Engineering Projects are carried out in a timely and effective manner, and reporting to the Director Plant.
