Job Description
- Oversee machine reliability, feasibility testing, and validation to ensure high precision and performance.
- Partner with Technical Sales on specification review, costing, and solution evaluation.
- Own and resolve technical issues across the product line, including field-related challenges.
- Ensure machine performance at customer sites, including troubleshooting and optimization.
- Lead and mentor a team of design engineers in the development of semiconductor equipment, from module design to full machine conceptualization.
- Drive product innovation and continuous improvement (CIP) to enhance performance, extend product lifecycle, and improve cost competitiveness.
- Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving using structured methodologies (e.g., 8D, Ishikawa, DIVE).
