Job Description
Minimum Requirements
- N6 Mechanical Engineering / BTech Mechanical Engineering / Degree in Mechanical Engineering essential
- Minimum 4-year mechanical qualification required
- GCC Factories beneficial, but not essential
- Strong people management and leadership experience
- Solid hands‑on experience with hydraulic systems, pumps and pump stations
- Must be practical, hands‑on and willing to physically assist where required
- Experience with preventative maintenance, mechanical repairs, contractors, compliance and budgets
- Strong problem‑solving, planning and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage mechanical maintenance, repairs and preventive maintenance plans
- Oversee hydraulic systems, pump stations, pumping systems and related equipment
