The Engineering Manager reports to the Plant Leader and is responsible for managing, planning, directing, and coordinating the Manufacturing and Product Development engineering departments. This position plays a vital role as a member of the plant leadership team and is instrumental in leading continuous improvement efforts, process efficiency improvements, validating processes and lean manufacturing initiatives. Accountable for the creation, development, design, and improvement of products in conformance with all regulations required for all products produced.
