Role: Project Manager

Location: Spalding or Boston

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

We are currently retained on a project to find an Engineering Project Manager to join a successful, and growing SME within the Food Manufacturing sector. This role could be the perfect transition for a current Project Engineer who's looking to make their first move into a Project Manager role.

Reporting to the Head of Engineering, this role will be key in the growth and development of a complex food manufacturing site. The site is well-invested and operates on a relatively lean structure, allowing them to make decisions quickly and act accordingly - not waiting for multiple layers of sign-offs! You will be exposed to projects of varying scales, some underway and others pipelined for the near future.
