Job Description
- Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and engineering roles across R&D centre
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, build job briefs, and define candidate profiles
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies across job boards, talent communities, and referrals to build a strong pipeline of engineering candidates
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical fit, culture alignment, and career motivations
- Manage the candidate experience from first touchpoint through to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and professional process
- Drive offer negotiations and closing, working within compensation frameworks
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular reporting on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and hiring metrics
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for critical and recurring technical roles
