Job Description
- Updates management on the progress of escalated service activities and acquires management approval on recommended action.
- Assists in the formulation of short and long range planning and in the preparation of forecasts and other required reports.
- Prepares and/or reviews costing and selling prices to maximize contribution and win biddings.
- Manages the credit and collection activities of the department. Ensures that Ars are paid on time.
- Recruits and assigns enough qualified personnel to adequately cover customer service requests.
- Organizes, plans and coordinates all after sales activities of the department.
- Maintains close liaison with customers and suppliers.
