Overview
As an Engineering Specialist for our new Flexible FM service offering, you will be a hands‑on technical expert who works directly with account teams and clients on‑site to deliver engineering services through our variable resourcing model.
This is a “boots on the ground” role where you’ll be deployed across multiple client locations, providing technical support, executing maintenance programs, and ensuring operational excellence at the site level.
Duties and Responsibilities- Conduct regular site visits and technical assessments across assigned Flexible FM accounts
- Delivery of hands‑on maintenance, repairs, and system optimization on MEP equipment
- Execute preventive maintenance programs and condition‑based maintenance activities
